Swedavia Airport IT acts as the strategic IT partner to Swedavia's business operations and has overall responsibility for the IT architecture at Swedavia. We are now looking for two Service Delivery Managers – one focused on ID Access and one focused on server operations, particularly Citrix and cloud platforms. What does the role entail? As a Service Delivery Manager, you will have a central position where you ensure that our IT services operate optimally and develop in line with the needs of the business. You will work in an environment where structure, security, and reliability are crucial, while also having the opportunity to drive improvement work and develop sustainable solutions.

Whether your expertise is in ID Access or Citrix and cloud platforms, you will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance are important values. We care about your work environment, which is why you will work in a team with partially overlapping responsibilities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that services within ID Access and the area of Citrix and cloud platforms are delivered with high quality and in accordance with Swedavia's requirements.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize the IT environment and ensure smooth workflows.
• Working strategically and operationally with security, technical documentation, and user support.
• Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of modern and sustainable IT solutions.
• Participating in long-term planning to future-proof IT services.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with a technical background who wants to take an active role in developing and improving our IT services. You are analytical, structured, and thrive in a coordinating role where you have many points of contact.

To succeed in the ID Access role, we are looking for:

• Experience in identity management, authentication, and access control.
• Knowledge of AD, ADFS, IAM solutions, and federation technologies.
• Understanding of security zones and compliance in identity management.

To succeed in the Citrix and cloud platforms role, we are looking for:

• Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or other VDI solutions, as well as Windows Server and cloud platforms, primarily Azure.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage solutions, and security requirements in server operations.
• Experience with automation, patch management, and configuration management.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience in delivery management, project management, and solution design.
• Understanding of security protection legislation and complex IT environments.
• The ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
