We are now seeking a senior business developer for an exciting assignment where you will combine strategy, change management, and requirements specification – in close collaboration with both IT and the business. Responsibilities

Hiring of Business Developers:

• Responsible for providing business developers through a hire/purchase model to support the development work.

Development and improvement of IT solutions:

• Contribute to the development of new IT capabilities and improvement of existing systems. • Identify and document the needs of the business and users. • Develop requirement specifications and define acceptance criteria. • Ensure that deliveries meet the requirements through testing and quality assurance. • Lead activities to ensure that implementations are sustainable and long-term.

Conduct risk analyses during changes:

• Lead risk analyses in collaboration with business owners and users. • Proactively identify and manage potential problems and challenges.

Contribute as a business specialist in central projects:

• Participate in key projects and provide expertise on processes, working methods, and challenges.

Project management and improvement work:

• Lead projects and drive improvement work within quality and continuous development. • Ensure that planned activities are carried out in line with the department's goals.

Promote continuous improvements:

• Identify development opportunities and propose improvement measures. • Actively participate in the implementation of improvements to achieve the department's goals.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects and assignments of varying types and sizes. • Ensure that projects follow the PPS model throughout the process, from planning and execution to closure and follow-up. • Deliver results according to set goals, timelines, and quality requirements.

We are looking for someone who…

Has an academic degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience as an engineer/economist Has several years of experience in business development Experience in developing IT solutions Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently Is flexible, unpretentious, and good at building trust Meritorious:

Experience with Microsoft 365 Previous work according to PPS or similar project model Start and Application
