This is what you will do with us

You will be responsible for requirements specification, follow-up, and quality assurance of Best Transport's outsourced IT services with all operational and system suppliers, ensuring that IT operations are modern, proactive, and cost-effective. Here you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for vendor management where you control and optimize suppliers' deliveries according to agreements and SLAs
• Define and follow up on technical requirements for IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and SaaS solutions to ensure an optimized operational environment
• Ensure compliance with IT security regulations (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001/27002)
• Optimize IT costs, license management, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate IT-related projects and improvement initiatives

Your team and workplace

You will be part of a smaller, efficient IT organization where you work closely with the CIO, business, and IT team. You will also work closely with our operational supplier. The role is based at our headquarters near Globen, and there will be travel within the Nordics (Norway and Denmark as well as within Sweden) to build relationships and understand IT environments at our various offices.

More about you

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management, or IT operations. You have a good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services such as Microsoft365, Intune, Azure, or AWS. Experience with ITIL processes and managing external IT service providers is required. Additionally, you are accustomed to working with IT security, IAM, and related regulations.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative. You can set requirements for suppliers and explain technical issues in an educational manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You take initiative, work in a structured way, and are confident in making decisions in critical situations.
