What You’ll Do: As a Software Developer in the Data and AI team, you will but not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency applications using .NET, SQL, and Python.
• Conduct A/B testing and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and optimize performance.
• Implement and optimize data collection mechanisms on the website to ensure accurate and efficient data capture.
• Implement robust monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to build AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems.
• Contribute to the development of modern data and AI architectures, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry best practices.
• Play a key role in improving customer experience and operational efficiency through innovative technology.

Who You Are We think you are a problem-solver with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. You are an collaborative team player who can also work independently and have a passionate about learning more about data, AI, and ML, and eager to work closely with experts in these fields and you also have:

• Proficient in .NET, SQL, and Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Experienced in A/B testing, end-to-end testing, and monitoring.
• Skilled in building low-latency, high-performance applications.
• Experienced in implementing data collection mechanisms on websites (e.g., tracking user interactions, event logging, and data pipelines).
• Skilled in data modeling, with the ability to design and maintain structured, efficient, and scalable data models.
• Familiar with software architecture principles and capable of making critical tradeoffs in design and implementation.
• Experienced or interested in working with recommendation and search systems (a plus).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or healthcare systems.
