Your Role

As an engineer with us at Fighter Core Capabilities, you will be an essential part of a program that develops and tests advanced electronic warfare systems for the future of combat aircraft.

As a member of our local DevOps, you will interact with our various development teams to enable a great developer experience and build/pipeline/test while collaborating with the global DevOps at Saab (which develops the development environment and enables modern tools). We value collaboration, mutual support, and an open and unpretentious culture, which we see as key to high-performing teams.

We work with groundbreaking electronic warfare systems, where we use electromagnetic radiation and data signals to analyze and protect against threats. Our focus is on early testing and using past experiences to minimize risks in projects.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person who thrives in a team, takes responsibility, and is committed to personal development.

You are a graduate engineer, college engineer, computer scientist, or have equivalent competence.

If you have worked with DevOps for embedded systems (C++), software development (Java), or test development, that is a plus. We work with software pipelines such as Kubernetes + Helm and Flux, Vault, Bitbucket, GitLab, Artifactory, and SonarQube.

If you have scripted in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang, that is also a plus, as well as experience in managing multiple repository structures.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
