Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for server operations and administration
• Manage data storage and ensure functioning backup routines
• Monitor and manage alarms related to infrastructure platforms
• Perform patching and system updates to keep the IT environment up to date
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues at 3rd line level
• Participate in projects for the implementation of new technical solutions
• Responsible for lifecycle management and planning of IT infrastructure

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in learning and understanding new technologies
• Has broad experience in IT and data center operations
• Enjoys troubleshooting, regardless of the size or complexity of the problem
• Understands the importance of and actively works with IT security
• Is a team player who actively shares knowledge and experiences
• Is self-driven and has the ability to take initiative
• Works in a structured and methodical way
• Is proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

It is a merit if you have experience or certifications in one or more of the following areas:

• Linux servers
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Data storage and backup
• Windows servers
• Networking (switching, firewall, routing)
• Knowledge of ITIL and related processes and frameworks
