Information Security Specialist at the Payment Authority

Responsibilities and Tasks

You will be part of the Security Staff, responsible for the Payment Authority's security.

As an information security specialist, you will contribute to a strong security culture and modern protection of the authority's information assets. You will have a particular responsibility for developing governance regarding IT security.

With us, you will have a dynamic everyday life where you work both strategically and operationally, support the organization, and develop effective working methods in a new authority. There are good opportunities for development in several security areas.

Your tasks will include:

• governance and monitoring regarding information security and IT security
• training and supporting the authority's various operations
• setting security requirements in procurement and collaborations
• conducting environmental monitoring within your area of responsibility

We are looking for someone who has

• relevant higher education or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• at least three years of current and relevant work experience in information security or IT security
• current work experience in designing and working with management systems for information security
• current work experience in writing governing documents
• very good communication skills in Swedish

It is an advantage if you also have

• experience in evaluation and monitoring
• experience in collaboration with authorities
• certification in IT security or information security

To succeed in the role of information security specialist, you need to have a high degree of independence and good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner and have a strategic ability to identify and manage security challenges. With your expertise, you ensure that the right measures are taken to protect information and systems. The place of work is in Stockholm. The authority is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. The position is classified in a security class which requires Swedish citizenship. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. You may be placed in a war position at the authority.
