About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a support technician for our client, a company that offers efficient business systems, cash solutions, and payment solutions primarily to the retail sector. The company's vision is to make the everyday life of retail businesses worry-free, both at headquarters and in stores. This is achieved by building systems and solutions based on each unique customer's organization and industry, and by acting quickly to resolve issues in the technical infrastructure before store personnel notice the error. The position is located in central Stockholm, where work is done on-site at the office.

The company wants to be available for its customers 365 days a year. You will work according to a rotating schedule, with weekend shifts occurring approximately every 4th/5th week. Working hours will vary between 06:00 and 22:00.

Your responsibilities

In the role of support technician, you will assist the company's customers with 1st and 2nd line issues. Support is primarily provided via phone, but also via email, remote access, and issues submitted through their ticket portal. The issues may include:

• Troubleshooting data flows and back-office systems
• Resetting passwords via Active Directory
• Guiding customers on restarting terminals and equipment on-site
• Supporting finance managers when problems with accounting arise in the system
• Troubleshooting specific hardware
• Network issues

You will receive a thorough introduction and shadow skilled colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge. Depending on your areas of interest, you can develop by taking on greater support responsibilities for specific customers over time, or if you wish, dive deeper into the technical aspects at a more advanced level.

Qualifications:

• A solid interest in IT and a desire for a long-term and varied role within IT
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months via Perido, followed by potential direct recruitment to the client. Immediate start.
