We are looking for an experienced test automation engineer for a project involving the development and verification of advanced military command systems. The assignment requires work in complex testing environments where hardware-near systems are used in a safety-critical context.

About the assignment:

As a test automation engineer, you will work with automated testing for embedded systems, where Python and Robot Framework will be central tools. You will be involved in the entire testing process, from planning and implementation to execution and analysis, with a particular focus on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing. In this assignment, you will collaborate closely with development teams and system engineers to ensure that the systems are robust and reliable, which is crucial for maintaining the highest possible quality in complex and safety-sensitive environments.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in testing and verification of technical systems.
• In-depth experience in test automation with Python.
• Good knowledge of and experience with Robot Framework.
• Experience in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Familiarity with testing embedded systems and hardware-near solutions.

Meritorious:

• Experience in programming in C/C++.
• Previous experience from defense or safety-critical projects, especially with technical systems sensitive to security threats.
