Are you a technically skilled problem solver with a strong interest in IT support? We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician who wants to be part of our client's team and contribute to a smooth and efficient IT environment.

As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will handle more complex cases escalated from 1st line, work with troubleshooting and administration of IT systems, and ensure that the client's users receive quick and professional assistance.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving of IT-related issues including networks, applications, and systems.
• Management and administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other enterprise solutions.
• Experience with more complex IT-related issues, as well as contact with suppliers.
• Experience with automation through PowerShell.
• Support and collaborate with 1st line support to effectively resolve incoming cases.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Participate in projects and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems.
• Document and create user guides as needed.

• Experience in IT support at the 2nd line level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Windows environment, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience in troubleshooting networks and hardware.
• Basic understanding of IT security and server administration.
• Ability to work structured and independently with multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, or other virtualization programs.
• Knowledge of APIs.
