We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Infrastructure Technician to join our client's Operations team in Stockholm. If you are a self-driven problem solver with deep technical expertise and a desire to work with advanced IT solutions, this could be the next step for you!

As an Infrastructure Technician, you will play a central role in securing and developing the client's IT infrastructure. Your focus will be to ensure a high level of operational reliability and IT security, while leading strategic projects to further develop the infrastructure and adapt it to the changing needs of the business.

You will work closely with colleagues and support the IT needs of the business, from administrative systems to production-critical platforms. Your contributions will impact everything from daily operations to the long-term development of robust and effective IT solutions.

• Managing and maintaining virtual environments, primarily in VMware.
• Troubleshooting and managing operations of Cisco LAN and wireless networks.
• Leading and participating in projects to optimize and develop the IT infrastructure.
• Implementing and managing firewall rules to enhance and ensure IT security.
• Driving continuous development of existing environments and implementing new systems and technologies.
• Incident management to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues and minimize disruptions to the business.
• Supporting the implementation and upgrades of business-critical systems.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, focusing on network infrastructure, Windows servers, Active Directory, GPO, and VMware environments.
• Documented experience in scripting and automation to improve operational processes.
• Relevant higher education and certifications such as CCNA or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in various contexts.

• Certifications from VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, and ITIL.
