About the job

As a Change Coordinator, you will work to ensure the quality of IT changes in the Swedish Tax Agency's production environments. You will operate in the intersection of service and technology, collaborating with IT technicians, application developers, managers, and both internal and external contacts. We support both Windows and Linux platforms and modern infrastructure. Follow-up and proactive improvement work are also part of your job.

As a Change Coordinator, you will work broadly within the IT technology area, including networks, servers, integration, applications, and IT security. You will be part of a team that collectively takes responsibility for the team's deliveries while ensuring the overall functionality of society. The team collaborates with several authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, the Enforcement Authority, the Election Authority, the Payment Authority, and the Agency for Digital Administration.

You will belong to the section for Change, Incident, and Process Management in the IT department, located in Sundbyberg. In our section, we are about 40 colleagues.

About you

To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this job, you should:

  • enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills
  • be able to work process-oriented and structured both independently and in a team
  • be driven, able to take initiative, and see opportunities
  • express yourself very well in spoken and written Swedish

You should also have:

  • post-secondary education deemed relevant by the employer, or several years of current and relevant experience in IT operations
  • several years of current and relevant experience in project management or coordination of IT technical operations
  • current and relevant experience in leading, managing, and following up on technical changes
  • current and relevant experience in working with customers
  • experience in leading meetings and collaborating and communicating with various parties

It is desirable that you have current experience working in ITIL processes and/or experience with agile working methods.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
