Welcome to Fridhems Preschool

Fridhems Preschool is centrally located in Smedjebacken and consists of four departments: Pyret, Loppan, Gluggen, and Propellern. The preschool has a large outdoor area divided into several smaller ones, as well as proximity to playgrounds, libraries, forests, and nature.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute with your commitment and knowledge regarding pedagogical work and development within the preschool. You who apply should be well aware of children's needs in preschool age and have good knowledge and understanding of how your approach and interaction affect children and their way of responding back to you. You should be a clear and good role model, a secure adult who has good insight into pedagogical work. You have good knowledge of the significance of play for learning and children's development and can create space and learning environments to promote this. The joy of discovery, curiosity, and imagination form the basis for planning the education. Other tasks may also occur, and the content and conditions of the work may change over time.

You who apply are well versed in the governing documents that form the basis for preschool education and the importance of documentation for analyzing and developing education. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, document, and use digital tools.

Probationary employment may be applied. In connection with the recruitment, interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled earlier than the advertised date.

Qualifications

Licensed Preschool Teacher.

You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, document, and use digital tools.
