The education sector has the mission to provide service, coordination, and management support within preschool, after-school care, primary school, adapted primary school, and student care teams.

Our primary schools are characterized by safety and well-being. Students are encouraged to be creative, have opportunities for movement, imagination, curiosity, and a desire to learn, while their talents are nurtured and challenged.

Working methods and forms of work should be adapted and developed according to the individual’s and group’s conditions and needs so that self-esteem and empathy can be developed and strengthened.

The school is located in the central parts of Orsa with an inviting schoolyard that encourages movement.

Subject to necessary decisions being made, we are looking for teachers in after-school care who want to be part of our initiative for good learning.

You are a person who creates calm, safety, and structure in the group and in the operation. You are professional in your interactions and communication. You have a fundamental belief that all students can and want to succeed. You are full of ideas and want to work with your colleagues to develop the school and long-term efforts to achieve good goal fulfillment and positive study results. As part of our staff, you will be part of a team that works with cooperative learning, outdoor pedagogy, movement, and where students' learning is always in focus. Digital tools are part of the daily work.

In Orsa's schools, all staff are responsible for the students throughout the school day.
