Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute with their commitment and knowledge regarding pedagogical work and development within the after-school program. You who are applying should be well aware of children's needs in preschool age and have a good understanding of how your approach and interaction affect children and their way of responding to you. You should have good organizational skills. You should be a clear and good role model, a secure adult who has good insight into pedagogical work. You have good knowledge of the importance of play for learning and child development and can create spaces and learning environments to promote this. A sense of discovery, curiosity, and imagination form the basis for planning the education.

You who are applying are well acquainted with the governing documents that underpin preschool education and the significance of documentation for analyzing and developing education. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, document, and use digital tools.

The position is part-time at 50%.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the recruitment process, and the position may be filled earlier than the advertised date.

Qualifications

Licensed Waldorf preschool teacher. Licensed preschool teacher. It is advantageous to have both. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, document, and use digital tools.
