RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a teacher in grades 1-3 based on your qualifications for grades F-3, where the main task is to plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. Document and provide feedback on knowledge development to students and guardians through development talks and follow-ups. Create safety and study peace in the group. Individually adapt teaching and the learning environment to students' needs. As a teacher, have your own responsibility for a class in the lower grades but also collaborate with the F-3 team and other colleagues at the school. Work collegially together at the school and, together with your colleagues, drive the development of the school with the students' best interests in mind.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the position, you must be a licensed teacher for grades F-3 with education in basic reading and writing learning as well as mathematics. You have experience working in schools, an understanding of the mission, and the challenges schools face. You have a B driver's license and access to your own car. Very good oral and written skills in Swedish and good knowledge of English.

Experience working with students with NPF issues and being well-informed about what it entails is an advantage.

You are a calm, clear, structured, and organized person who has the ability to plan work areas and implement them in practice. You are confident in your leadership role, communicative and driven, and have an easy time leading a group on your own. You value collaboration and collegial work to drive development efforts together with your colleagues. You have a positive view of students and are good at building good relationships with students and guardians. You are flexible and have a solution-focused approach for the best interests of the students.

In connection with the interview, you as a candidate need to present proof of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES or a valid work residence permit.
