Albatross Personal Assistance AB is now looking for substitutes in Malmö and Lund and surrounding areas. We would like you to be able to work during the summer and preferably also in the fall. We welcome students or others who may need to work extra as needed.

To be a good support for our users, you need to be willing to learn a lot and take a long-term view of the work, as continuity is very important. We hope that you will remain as a substitute after the summer and have the opportunity to step in extra as needed. You need to be flexible, have a sense of humor, be secure, responsible, engaged, and have good patience in your work.

Working as a personal assistant is a challenging and incredibly fun job. It places high demands on responsibility, flexibility, and respect. It is crucial that you have a curiosity to get to know our users and are open to their needs.

As a personal assistant, you will help our users with everything they need assistance with in their daily lives. Communication, activities, hygiene, and meal situations, among other things.
