Client Success Manager As a Client Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and nurture long-term relationships with our existing clients. By creating a safe and inspiring customer experience, you ensure that our clients receive the best service and experience. You constantly strive to find creative solutions that enhance the customer experience and identify new opportunities that make a difference for both us and the client. With a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business, you become an important part of our growth and success.

Main Responsibilities - Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Understand clients' needs and challenges to identify new business opportunities. - Create and implement strategies to maximize the sales potential of each client. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that the client's needs are met and exceeded. - Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the company - such as sales. - Strategically follow up on sales and business opportunities based on the KPIs set.

Who do we think you are? To thrive as a Client Success Manager, we see that you are a communicative and business-driven person with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. We prefer that you have several years of experience in sales and customer relations, preferably within marketing and influencer marketing. You have a good ability to understand customers' business needs and translate these into solutions, which you do in a structured manner. With a strong business sense and a results-oriented approach, you help our clients achieve success. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
