We at Sprio are now looking for new customer service representatives for various assignments at Teleperformance located in Solna, Stockholm.

As a customer service representative, you will:

• Deliver high-quality customer service with patience & understanding for the customer
• Register, log, and resolve customer issues during ongoing calls
• Handle software, tools, and use computer & phone as your primary work tools

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and puts the customer first
• Enjoys customer contact over the phone
• Is willing to learn and develop
• Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Has a completed high school diploma
• Can work full-time

The positions are 80-100% and you will work varying hours scheduled within customer service opening hours, including weekends. A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
