About the Role:

As a loan broker, you will be responsible for guiding individuals to better terms on loans, credits, and insurance. You will work over the phone and assist customers through a unique procurement model to provide them with the best possible loan conditions. The role involves managing the entire process – from customer contact to closing the deal.

Responsibilities:

• Advising and selling loans and insurance
• Analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure
• Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, persistent, and has high ambitions
• Has a natural ability to build trust and relationships
• Is results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales, finance, or customer advising is a plus

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00
• Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
