On behalf of Lendo, we are now looking for an administrator for Team Retain. Lendo is part of the global media group Schibsted, and in this role, you will primarily contact former customers of Lendo. You will work at Sweden's largest comparison service for home, personal, and business loans.

About the position In the role of administrator at Lendo, you will belong to a team of 4 people and report to the team's leader.

Your primary tasks will include contacting customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo in order to help them find the best personal loan based on their individual situation. The phone is your main working tool where you, in collaboration with the customer, conduct a needs analysis and then assist with the application and follow-up of incoming bids.

You enjoy working towards clear goals and are driven and proactive in achieving those goals. In this role, you will have a lot of customer contact, which means you must be relationship-building and persistent to deliver at the right level. • High school diploma

• Experience working via phone
• Good computer and system skills
• Have a trustworthy approach and a genuine interest in business
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Have a valid high school diploma
