FAST FACTS
Scope: Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Location: Stockholm, Gärdet. Start date: Desired start, immediate. Employment type: Permanent employment with a six-month initial probation period.

WHAT DO YOU DO AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER?
As an Account Manager at Inte Bara Post Bemanning, you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as well as identifying and ensuring that their staffing and recruitment needs are met. Your role involves both sales and customer care, with the goal of delivering high-quality candidates and services that support the client's business operations. You will be part of a team of three colleagues and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that candidates match the client's requirements and expectations.
Main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand the client’s business operations and staffing needs to offer tailored staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking.
- Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Achieve and deliver on sales targets and KPIs.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAS:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
- It is an advantage if you have a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
