Swedish Lorry Parts is a Swedish company specializing in spare parts for Volvo construction machinery, Volvo/Scania trucks & buses, and Volvo Penta/Scania marine & industrial.
Do you have experience as an internal salesperson, sales support, or order receiver in the industrial or technical sector? Do you enjoy customer contact and a role where you can contribute to both sales and service? Then this might be the perfect position for you!
We are looking for a driven internal salesperson to strengthen our team during an intensive period. We are currently implementing a new business system and want to ensure stable operations during the transition. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can contribute with engagement and customer focus for a fixed-term employment of 1 year starting immediately, with a great possibility of extension for the right person.
As an Internal Salesperson at Swedish Lorry Parts, you will have a central role in the sales process and daily customer contact.
Your tasks will include:
- Handling incoming inquiries and orders from customers.
- Creating quotes and administering contracts in Microsoft Business Central.
- Placing orders and following up on deliveries with our colleagues in Kumla.
- Building and developing customer relationships through service and upselling.
- Having some contact with suppliers to meet customers' specific needs.
You will be part of an engaged team within Sales Support where you always put the customer first. Since we work internationally, you will use English regularly in your role.
For the right person, there is also an opportunity to further develop the business through pricing and negotiations.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a sales and service-oriented role where you have daily customer contact and handle administrative processes.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or order management within a technical industry.
- Good communication skills and a structured work style.
- Experience with business systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in the automotive industry is an additional merit, but it is not a requirement.

Start: Immediately, 1 year ahead with a great possibility of extension for the right person.
Scope: Full-time, working hours 8–17 with flexible hours.
Location: Fågelviksvägen 9, Norsborg, Slagsta Business Center.
