Application Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role:

As an Application Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and developing projects in the market. You will work closely with both clients and colleagues to understand their business needs and create tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Your day-to-day work will be varied and filled with exciting challenges where you can use your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity to deliver effective solutions that truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific customer needs.
• Work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) to develop custom solutions that drive business development.
• Apply agile methods and DevOps principles to optimize workflows, development processes, and deployment.
• Provide valuable insights and solutions for challenges within Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Actively participate in Scrum teams and contribute to SAFe methods to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Is comfortable working in an agile environment and has experience with SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys finding creative ways to solve complex problems.
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English – you can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written forms.
• Is self-driven but also a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Certification as a Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience with DevOps and an agile working approach.
