About the Position

Verdis is responsible for waste collection in Danderyd and Täby, with Danderyd and Täby municipalities as clients and partners. Ahead of the summer, we need to strengthen our wonderful team with an engaged and attentive customer service representative who excels in administration. The position is full-time during the spring and summer, with the possibility of continued work as needed.

As a member of Verdis customer service, you will often be the first point of contact between us and our customers, making you a very important representative of the company and a key player in maintaining and strengthening Verdis brand. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and addressing customer inquiries. Administration tasks such as case management in our various systems and feedback to colleagues and subscribers are also part of the role. In this position, you will report to our customer service manager and be part of a team with two other customer service representatives and an accounting assistant. The workplace is located in Vällsta, Upplands Väsby.

Your Specific Tasks Include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries regarding general waste management and billing.
  • Answering collection-related questions about accessibility, products, and services.
  • Case management via phone, email, and in our operational system, Thor.
  • Assisting and supporting Verdis environmental workers at collection points as needed.
  • Forwarding contact to the right person or department, both internally and externally, as needed.
  • Working to improve routines and collaboration between us, our customers, and our clients.

In addition, you should have at least completed high school and have at least one year of experience in customer service, preferably from a company in a similar industry. Knowledge of waste management and local knowledge of Täby and/or Danderyd municipalities is highly meritorious. However, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.

Additional Information About the Position

Start: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible. Employment type and extent: Fixed-term employment, full-time until the end of August. Working hours: By agreement, between approximately 07:00-16:00. Workplace: Vällsta, Upplands Väsby. A B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required to reach the workplace.
