Do you want to help make the world a better place? Beetroot is a tech company that offers tailored software development and team solutions with developers primarily in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe. We are now looking for an experienced and outgoing salesperson to join Beetroot's team in Stockholm, focusing on building and expanding Beetroot's customer base through new customer acquisition primarily in Sweden, with secondary markets in Norway and Denmark.

In the role of Senior Account Executive, you will build, manage, and develop relationships with new potential customers, particularly within the enterprise segment. You will sell Beetroot's core offerings, including technical consulting teams, complete software projects, and workshops. The role also involves actively identifying, participating in, or arranging networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to generate new business opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in selling IT consulting services and a strong personal network that you are skilled at leveraging in business contexts. You are outgoing and can work both strategically and operationally to ensure good deals. You have a genuine interest in people and strong relationship-building skills combined with patience for complex processes. Being self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities, activities, and customer relationships simultaneously are also important traits. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

It is a plus if you have a background in cybersecurity, GreenTech, ClimateTech, HR, skills development, or L&D.
