VIASALES, Scandinavia's leading sales company, is now looking for an experienced team leader to lead our dynamic field team. Do you have experience in field sales and a passion for building strong teams? Then you are the one we are looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Responsible for ensuring that the team and employees meet the set sales targets each month. Distribute sales targets to respective salespeople and ensure they are achieved.
- Daily Follow-Up: Follow up on each salesperson's results daily and compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Feedback and Coaching: Hold 1-on-1 meetings with salespeople at least once a month to provide continuous feedback, assess well-being, work ethic, and goals. Coaching through live listening and analysis of audio files.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that salespeople follow VIASALES rules and conduct calls with the highest possible quality according to the quality department's guidelines.
- Morning Training: Hold morning meetings every day focusing on sales techniques, motivation, and results.
- Training of New Salespeople: Conduct training on products, sales techniques, and CRM systems for new salespeople.
- Cultural Responsibility: Contribute to a positive sales culture that promotes engagement and well-being among salespeople.
- Content Management: Update the intranet with new scripts, audio files, objection handling, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Documented experience in telecom sales.
- Experience in calling existing customers and working with dialer systems.
- Strong ability to build and lead effective teams.
- Experience in holding startup meetings and training sessions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
