Your Role

We are looking for an additional Account Manager for our client Xperta. In the role of Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers to designing and implementing business strategies aimed at building your own strong customer portfolio. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as well as understanding and discussing technical solutions with customers to develop tailored business models and agreements. You will work in a well-established team of 3 people and report to the CEO.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Create and maintain long-term customer relationships through active follow-up and needs analysis.
• Design and negotiate business agreements that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure that offerings align with customer requirements.
• Participate in industry-related events to strengthen the brand and create new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Documented experience in IT sales with successful results.
• Experience working towards your own budget with good results.
• Experience managing complex sales processes and closing deals.
• Ability to create strategic business relationships and networks within the industry.
• Good understanding of technical solutions in areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Endpoint.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in selling cloud solutions and management consulting services.
• Existing network within the IT industry.
• Experience working with international clients and markets.

Location

The position is located in Stockholm at Xperta's new cozy office. You are expected to be on-site every week and have the flexibility for remote work.
