Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to smooth and efficient workflows? We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support for our office in Alvik. You will be sitting in our bright modern premises with a view of the water. This is not a classic customer service role, but a more operational position where you handle payments, system updates, and administrative work. You will also have a lot of contact with our ViKöperDinBil stations and assist with various operational tasks such as return management and ownership transfers.

What your new role will look like:

• Handle payments and system updates
• Administer return management and ownership transfers
• Support financing and contact with German entities
• Collaborate with ViKöperDinBil stations to ensure smooth processes
• Work structured with various administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who is a structured and driven person who enjoys working with administration and contact with external partners. We see that you have experience in similar tasks and thrive in operational and administrative work. You are used to working with routines and processes, and have an eye for detail. You should be able to work independently, be organized, and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Being able to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English is a requirement.

What we want you to bring:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative work or similar roles
• Proficient user of Excel, Sheets, and Office package
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driving license is a plus
• Structured and organized work style
• Not afraid to make phone contact when needed
