About the position

In your role as Meeting Scheduler, you will be part of a team that contacts companies and books meetings for reviews of corporate insurance as well as contacting employees at companies that Säkra has agreements with to assist them with their occupational pensions. You will have a lot of customer contact, mainly via phone and email. Most of our clients are medium-sized privately owned companies where we assist with insurance arrangements.

Your tasks will include:

• Scheduling meetings via phone (new and existing clients to generate meetings)
• Administering meeting bookings with communications to clients and scheduling meetings internally in advisors' calendars
• Gathering relevant information from potential clients
• Meeting preparations and follow-up work

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you should be a structured and self-driven person who enjoys customer contact, is service-oriented, meticulous, and takes great responsibility for your work. We believe your personality allows you to quickly establish connections with others. Furthermore, you should have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.

You enjoy working in a team and are motivated by working in an engaging and high-performing environment. You should be comfortable working in various systems and have an easy time expressing yourself verbally and in writing.
