About the Position

We are now seeking new employees for basic technical support for a world-leading technology company on behalf of Teleperformance, located in Solna. This starts as a consulting assignment but will transition to direct employment with the client company for the right candidate after 6-8 months.

In this support department, you will answer incoming calls from customers, assist and guide them with various technical questions. No prior knowledge is required; we are looking for someone who wants to develop and work with service!

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Answering incoming calls from the company's customers
Providing professional service and advice regarding products and subscriptions
Assisting and guiding customers with technical questions, initially in mobile telephony but eventually also in computers
