What does the job entail?

As a customer service representative, you will be the company’s voice to the outside world, the person customers turn to for help and guidance. You will answer questions, solve problems, and make people feel satisfied and secure. No previous experience is required – we provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in the role on-site!
