A typical day involves lots of laughter with your colleagues and customers. Your instinct for customer service will bring smiles to customers' faces as you use your expertise to assist them in the store. Together with your colleagues, you will handle everything from staffing the checkout to restocking shelves. You will assist customers with returns or help them find the right product.

What’s in your CV?

If you have worked in service or retail before, that is a plus, but it is not a requirement. For us, the most important thing is that you are passionate about delivering a good customer experience, have drive, and are engaged. You write and speak good Swedish (English is a plus) and have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.

If you have a forklift license, that’s a plus but not a requirement.

Growing and facing challenges is music to your ears. You are great at prioritizing, which allows you to handle busy periods. You take the time to listen to the customer to always deliver a great customer experience with a smile on your face. You are engaged, positive, and love that Jula is a larger team - which allows you to always be yourself.

Good to know

Location: Norrtälje. The positions are summer temporary jobs from June to August at 50-75%. For those who show drive and engagement, there is a chance for extension after the summer. As a store employee, you will work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
