About the role as Digital Specialist at Apotea As a Digital Specialist at Apotea, you will be a key player in our marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing our digital sales by driving and developing our SEO and SEM strategies. You will analyze data, test new approaches, and collaborate with both internal and external parties to maximize sales and profitability.

• You will have a varied daily routine, where you will be responsible for:
• Collaboration with our digital agency and ensuring that we meet our set goals
• Setting requirements for the digital agency to achieve the best possible results in SEM, particularly Google Ads and Google Shopping.
• Working with SEO, focusing on technical SEO and on-page optimization using tools such as Screaming Frog and Ahrefs/Semrush
• Creating sales-driving activities and attractive customer offers together with campaign planners
• Monitoring the budget and ensuring that our investments yield the right return
• Analyzing traffic, purchasing behavior, and customer loyalty to optimize our marketing efforts, supported by GA4 360, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• Reporting and following up on results in collaboration with our suppliers.

We believe that you

• Have experience working with digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Have good knowledge of SEO, especially technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Have experience with SEM, including Google Ads and Google Shopping
• Are accustomed to setting requirements for external agencies
• Are analytical, results-oriented, and used to working with KPIs
• Have good knowledge of GA4 360, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
• Have some experience with frontend, specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
