NordicInfu Care is looking for an engaged customer service representative for the summer of 2025! We are looking for someone who speaks both Norwegian and Swedish. In the role of technical support representative, you will work at their headquarters in Alvik, Bromma. This is a consulting assignment, where you will be employed through The Place.

NordicInfu Care is a Nordic company that provides medical technology equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services. About the role as a technical support representative Your primary task as a technical support representative is to support users, healthcare professionals, and partners in the Norwegian and Swedish markets. You will also assist the sales team with technical support inquiries and be responsible for handling incoming complaints.

You will work with support for advanced equipment and in many different systems, so it is very important that you have good technical skills and find it easy to understand new systems.

Your tasks • Support users and partners regarding medical technology equipment • Responsible for the complaint flow • Order management may occur

Your qualifications • Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Very good system proficiency

Meritorious: • Experience working in customer service • Previously worked in healthcare or the medtech industry

Scope of the assignment • The position is full-time during the summer of 2025 (June, July, and August) and your working hours will vary but will be between 7 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Friday. • You will be based at the office in Alvik (Bromma), with the possibility of hybrid work in consultation with the company. • This is a consulting assignment, where you will be employed through The Place.
