Säkra is growing and is now looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and results-driven broker assistant/broker for Stockholm. You will work with B2B sales, which involves creating business relationships with corporate clients. The initial tasks include contacting potential corporate clients by phone and presenting Säkra's pre-negotiated insurance products. The role requires the ability to build relationships with customers while ensuring that the business progresses. We will train you in Säkra's insurance products.
About the position
Your tasks include, among others:
- Telemarketing: Contact and follow up potential customers to create new business opportunities.
- B2B Sales: Present and sell Säkra's pre-negotiated insurance products based on the customer's needs.
- Customer Relationships: Build trust and confidence through effective communication.
- Documentation: Register and document customer information and sales results in our insurance system.
- Goals and Follow-up: Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the team's collective goals.

Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should be a structured and self-driven person who enjoys customer contact. We place great importance on your personal suitability and prefer that you have relevant work experience in sales and/or the insurance industry. You are service-oriented, meticulous, and take great responsibility for your work. Your personality allows you to quickly establish connections with others, and you have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English. You enjoy working in a team and are motivated by working in an engaging and high-performing environment. Additionally, you have a good understanding and experience of working in various systems. We see that you are keen to influence your own work performance while also being a contributing factor to the company's continued growth!
