We now have an opportunity for you as an engaged self-care advisor to become part of our team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to address each individual's needs and who, with service and care, has the ambition to build long-term relationships with our customers.

About the role

As a sales leader, you will work closely with our regional sales leaders in Stockholm North as well as Sales Support, Assortment, and Marketing departments to achieve our goals. You will have overall responsibility for our self-care department and, together with the pharmacy manager, set sales targets and action plans.

To drive and develop both personal and mechanical sales, you are expected to coach, inspire, and lead your colleagues to succeed in every unique customer interaction.

We aim to develop as a successful pharmacy business, and we want you to be part of that journey. In the role of Sales Leader, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to make us the obvious choice for our customers.

Your main areas of responsibility

  • Sales management: You will be responsible for increasing our self-care sales and ensuring that we meet our sales targets.
  • KPI monitoring: You will track our progress using key metrics such as items per customer and average purchase.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and follow up on campaigns to ensure that the right information and products reach our customers. You will ensure that our campaigns are effective and attractive.
  • Store preparation: You will ensure that the store is always ready for sales. This means that shelves are stocked, signage is attractive, and staff are trained and engaged.

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician or self-care advisor and has several years of sales experience in pharmacies or retail. A plus is if you have previously held a leadership role with greater responsibility and have experience in results and reporting follow-up.

In addition, we want you to:

  • Have good communication skills, meaning you are pedagogical and can convey information to both colleagues and customers
  • Have a solution-oriented approach, meaning you can see and act on challenges that arise
  • Have an eye for detail and work strategically to achieve desired results
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office
