We are now looking for a driven and goal-oriented salesperson who wants to be a key player in our success journey.

Your future

As a salesperson with us, your main task will be to target new customers, primarily housing associations, and sell our services in economic and technical property management. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the first contact to contract signing. The job involves a high degree of freedom where you plan your own time, including meetings that sometimes take place in the evening.

The role is perfect for you who thrive on new customer acquisition and are used to creating and nurturing long-term relationships. The agreements often run over longer periods, which means that the sales processes can be complex and require patience, perseverance, and a long-term strategy.

You will be based in our office in Stockholm and will primarily focus on customers in this area.

You will be responsible for:

  • The entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Driving and developing sales of our total customer offering, which includes all our services.
  • Solving customer needs by proactively suggesting improvements based on their current situation and wishes.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Meeting budget and achieving set goals.
  • Targeting and developing new business opportunities through active new customer acquisition.

Qualifications and personal attributes

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Driven and accustomed to working with both long processes and long-term goals.
  • Able to create trust and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Structured, persistent, and self-sufficient in your work approach.
  • Has a valid driver's license (B).

You need to be a team player who also has the ability to work independently and drive your own development. We are looking for someone who wants to invest long-term and grow with us.
