We are looking for a procurement coordinator for a long-term assignment in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

Stockholm County is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan regions in Europe. This requires both more housing and better travel opportunities. Therefore, the subway will be expanded as part of the Stockholm Negotiation and the Sweden Negotiation by approximately 20 kilometers and eleven new stations, and the municipalities receiving the new subway will collectively build a total of 82,000 new homes.

The client is responsible for planning, designing, and building the subway. The construction is carried out by SL Nya Tunnelbanan AB (NTAB).

The role acts as support to the project manager and the project organization in general in the work of designing and compiling the complete procurement documentation for the procurement of the traffic system, consisting of both technical, commercial, and general documents. The procurement documentation will mainly consist of documents in English, as well as some documents that will be prepared in both Swedish and English.

Furthermore, the role will serve as a corresponding support during the actual procurement and during the evaluation.

The role will function as the management's contact person in dialogue with the market and bidders both before and during the procurement, coordinate meetings, be responsible for documentation and minutes, and ensure that all work is conducted professionally and within the framework of the principle of equal treatment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work related to market dialogues.
• Participate in the work of planning and coordinating the design of the complete procurement documentation and act as a coordinator for its completion.
• Establish, follow up/administer the procurement activity log.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate both internal and external document reviews for documents regarding the traffic system.
• Administer the requirements management system regarding the traffic system

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Degree from a university or college. At least two years of documented professional experience in project administration, contracts, and document management. At least two years of documented professional experience with outward-facing tasks such as marketing or communication. At least two years of documented professional experience with tasks where English has been largely used for communication.

Meritorious

At least one year of experience working in procurement for clients or bidding for suppliers
