Order Administrator – Kickstart Your Career with Us!

About the Role

As an Order Administrator, you will be a key player in our team and have a central role in managing our customers' orders and deliveries. You will work closely with both the sales team and the finance department to ensure smooth processes and satisfied customers.

📍 Workplace: Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm

⏰ Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday

Your responsibilities include:

✔️ Placing and following up on orders

✔️ Handling deliveries and purchases

✔️ Customer support via phone and email

✔️ Administrative tasks related to invoices and contracts

✔️ Collaboration with salespeople and other internal departments

We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks simultaneously

🔹 Has good communication skills and enjoys working with customers

🔹 Is a team player who thrives in a team but can also take individual responsibility

🔹 Has basic computer skills and finds it easy to learn new systems

🔹 Experience in similar tasks is a plus but not a requirement – we value your attitude and willingness to learn!
