Flexible Part-Time Job as a Meeting Scheduler

Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time job as a meeting scheduler? In this role, you will work primarily with the phone as your main tool and schedule meetings with potential customers based on a call list. We warmly welcome your application!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Nordic Procurement is a leading player in procurement and purchasing, helping companies optimize their supplier agreements and achieve cost-effective solutions. Their goal is to provide their clients with strategic advice and expert support to create long-term, successful, and profitable relationships with their suppliers.

We are now looking for a student meeting scheduler who will play an important role in building their customer relationships. In this role, you will be a key person in scheduling meetings with potentially new customers. For the right candidate, there are good opportunities for development in sales, for example by independently conducting sales meetings with decision-makers.

You will be part of a dedicated and professional team focused on creating long-term value for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Schedule meetings primarily with CFOs at new potential customers based on a call list
  • Build relationships and maintain a professional dialogue with decision-makers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is a student at a university, preferably with a sales focus
  • Has good computer and system skills and experience working in Excel
  • Has previous work experience from a service-related profession
  • Has previous work experience using the phone as the main tool, preferably as a telemarketer or in customer service
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish
  • Loves talking to people and helping and guiding them over the phone
  • Enjoys working with set KPIs and sales goals

It is an advantage if you....

  • Have experience working in a sales-oriented role over the phone and enjoy driving business forward
  • Like sales and see it as an exciting path forward
