Sales Associate Tyresö

We are now looking for someone who wants to help elevate our customer experience in the Tyresö store. As a store associate with us, we will together achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You love working towards results and, of course, have a burning interest in meeting our customers in the best way, as well as helping them find the right products in the store. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and satisfied customers. You are good at prioritizing and organizing. You have well-developed multitasking skills, can see and act on deviations, and always have the customer's best interest in focus. You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can drive projects to completion, both individually and in a team. You are passionate about sales and drawn to customer interactions. You love bicycles and cycling gear and have a good understanding of the products available on the market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the store to make informed and wise purchasing decisions
• Be a driving force in ensuring that the store is always inviting, well-stocked, and pleasant to visit and shop in
• Be able to assist with both workshop and administration, events, and more. You are flexible and find it natural to step in where needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in cycling and extensive knowledge of bicycles, both in terms of sales and technical aspects. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself very well in both speech and writing.

You have:

• Experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Very good knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts.
• Good ability to collaborate in a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative.
• Knowledge of repairing/maintaining bicycles.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older
• The ability to see the customer and meet their needs
