Mobello is Sweden's leading destination for modern, fashionable, and functional mobile accessories. We are located in some of the country's largest shopping centers and offer a wide range of trendy cases, protection, and accessories – always with a focus on design and personal service. Through a strong customer focus and a dynamic store concept, we have built a loyal customer base. We are now looking for three driven Retail Managers – two in Stockholm and one in Gothenburg – to continue developing our stores and take the customer experience to the next level.

Your Role

As a Retail Manager, you have overall responsibility for the sales and development of three to four stores. In close collaboration with the store managers, you ensure that each store performs at its best through strong sales strategies, optimized operations, and engaged staff. You analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement measures to maximize revenue.

Three days a week, you are in-store where you sell, meet customers, and ensure that the store environment is optimized for sales. By being present on the floor, you gain a direct understanding of customer needs and can adjust sales strategies in real-time. Two days a week, you work from the office with analysis, recruitment, scheduling, and developing the stores' business opportunities together with your colleagues and your immediate manager.
