We are expanding and need more staff, therefore we are looking for a:

Technical Inside Sales/Customer Service

We are primarily looking for someone with a mechanical engineering education or experience. You may have worked in service within the industry or as a car mechanic. You simply enjoy solving mechanical problems! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The work involves sales via phone and email, but also over the counter in our store. You will help answer and follow up on customer inquiries, enter orders, and create quotes. We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

*Has education or experience in mechanics or technology

*Is self-driven, motivated, very service-oriented, and has an eye for detail *Has a good overall perspective, is structured and meticulous *Has an interest and experience in sales via phone and email *Enjoys working both independently and in a team; here we work as a team and you may also help with assembling and sending orders.

*Is cooperative and unpretentious to fit in here.

REQUIREMENTS *Some form of technical knowledge where education or work experience in mechanics/technology is an advantage. The requirements are either at least a Technical line at the high school level or another form of Technical knowledge and/or understanding.

*Willingness to learn new things and technical interest

*Numerical skills and knowledge in calculations

*Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. *Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

*Driver's license

The position is full-time by agreement. Fixed salary. Start as soon as possible. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for development within the company. A pleasant and positive workplace in Saltsjö-Boo with close access to public transport.
