Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and work in the equipment rental industry north of Stockholm?

We are now looking for a service-oriented person to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our product range of machines and equipment, as well as providing customers with an excellent service experience. An important part of the job involves preparing machines so that they are ready for rental again, which means you will play a central role in keeping our inventory and fleet in top condition.

Job Description:

• Administer and maintain our product inventory, ensuring that machines and other equipment are in good condition and preparing them for re-rental.
• Assist customers with equipment selection and ensure correct delivery and returns.
• Respond to inquiries and actively work to meet customer needs.
• Perform technical service and maintenance on machines to ensure they are ready for rental.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Good computer and system knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Driving license B.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Working Hours and Employment Type:

• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00 or 07:00 to 16:00.
• The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
