About the job

Loppis Poppis is a charming second-hand store in Luthagen, Uppsala. We sell clothes and small items from private individuals on a commission basis or by renting a space where they can price their items themselves (we handle the sales). We also sell a range of different new products such as clothing by the kilo, socks, toys, home decor, etc.

We are now looking for a part-time employee who can work flexibly when needed. You should be able to work during all our opening hours and varying hours: some shifts are short, while others can be full-day shifts. The hours vary, but it is likely around 15-20 hours a week on average. The person we are looking for should be cheerful, outgoing, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and reliable. We price and sell a lot of clothing, mostly women's clothing, so having a good understanding of prices for different brands, styles, and fashion is a must. We also sell various home decor items and sometimes collectibles, so attention to detail when pricing is essential. You should feel comfortable working alone (we work both alone and in pairs at certain times). It should also be easy for you to create posts on social media (Instagram, FB, and TikTok) as this is an important part of the job. Recruitment and interviews are ongoing, and the position will be filled once a suitable candidate is found, hopefully by week 13.
