About the position

As a Service Advisor at Bilia, you will play a central role in customers' experience of their service. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, and your task will be to ensure that each customer receives professional and personal service. Your main responsibilities include scheduling services and repairs, receiving customers, advising on service measures, as well as handling invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Manual driving license B
• Familiarity with phone and computer as work tools, MS Office
• Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or equivalent systems.
• Experience in the role of Service Advisor or similar work
• Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an advantage.

Your profile

To thrive in the role of Service Advisor, you should enjoy working in an advisory role towards customers, in a sometimes high-paced and stressful environment. This requires a high service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to manage a job where a lot is happening at the same time. You have a technical interest and the ability to solve problems that may arise in your work.
