Customer Service Representative with a passion for customer satisfaction wanted!

We are looking for someone who wants to join Finnlines customer service team in Kapellskär! Are you looking for a fun and stimulating job and want to work in an international environment? Then we are a cheerful group of colleagues looking for you!

We believe that you have worked in some form of service before and enjoy helping others. You have the ability to take responsibility and prefer to see solutions instead of problems. You can easily communicate with others in both Swedish and English; it is a plus if you also speak Finnish. No prior knowledge is required, we will train you, but you need to be comfortable with computers. Additionally, you need to be able to get here, and we recommend having access to a car as the office is located in Kapellskär and it is difficult to reach by public transport.

Your daily tasks will include customer service, checking in and verifying bookings, as well as booking incoming inquiries via email and/or phone.

Varied working hours during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

You will receive complete training for at least one week, during which you will get all the tools you need to do a great job. You will always work closely with skilled colleagues, and the responsible manager will be there for you if you have any questions or need support.

The summer position is for June-August with the possibility of extra hours in spring/fall.

Start date: From April 21 and by agreement.

Salary according to collective agreement.
