Who are SpeakCharlie?

SpeakCharlie AB was founded in 2014 and offers language training and intercultural business training for both large and small companies. Currently, we assist around a hundred companies with tailored courses in Swedish, English, Mandarin, German, French, and intercultural communication.

But the journey has just begun. We are facing an exciting expansion where the SpeakCharlie brand is taking a larger place, and we are broadening our product offerings in more markets. In addition, we are transitioning from being a language provider to a globalization partner for companies. The company is developing rapidly, and now is a great time to join the team.

As an Account Manager in our sales team, you will receive a fixed salary combined with a competitive commission model with no upper limit, where you earn commission from the first deal. In addition, we also offer team bonuses and pension plans.

Your role as an Account Manager:

In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for outbound sales by identifying, attracting, and developing collaborations with visionary companies. You will have a central role in the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. We call the role Program Advisor because we see sales as an opportunity to help our corporate clients find the best solutions for their global teams. This is a challenging and varied role that gives you the opportunity to develop within sales. We have ambitious plans for the future, and you will, together with our brilliant sales team, be a key to the company's success.

The Account Manager role is a full-time position with start as soon as possible, or by agreement.

You have an excellent sense of people and relationships, making it easy for you to make new contacts and thrive in social settings. • can work independently and in a structured way

• have completed a post-secondary education or have practical experience in B2B sales

• can communicate excellently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
