FAST FACTS
Scope: Full-time 40h/week Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:45-17:00. Fridays 07:45-15:30. Location: Narvavägen 12, Stockholm Start date: Desired start immediately Employment type: Specific fixed-term employment with a chance for permanent recruitment with the client in the long term.
YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
You will work as a consultant via Inte Bara Post Bemanning and be placed at our client Muntra. This is a long-term assignment that requires you to work on-site, as the position is not hybrid. You will have your workplace in modern and bright premises in Östermalm, near Karlaplan. Here you have convenient access to the subway, lunch restaurants, and are close to water and pleasant walking paths by Djurgårdshamnen.

YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work to provide Muntra's Swedish customers, i.e., the clinics, with the best experience. You will have daily contact with the company's customers and handle issues related to Muntra's digital platform. You will primarily work with the company's existing customers and focus on building good relationships with them. Contact with the clinics will occur via chat, email, and phone. You will be part of the Customer Success team where you create the best support for Muntra's customers.
WHO ARE YOU?
To be a match for each other, we see that you have a passion for providing the best possible customer experience via phone, chat, and email. You easily understand and solve complex problems and can handle stressful situations, especially when interacting with customers, and can remain calm. You follow procedures carefully and are proactive, can multitask, and delve into details and complex issues. You have a high energy level and can handle monotonous tasks well. Furthermore, you have good communication skills in both spoken and written form.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in support work, sales (including telemarketing), customer support, or work in the hotel industry.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- High school diploma
It is an advantage if you have dealt with complex cases and worked in CRM systems. Furthermore, it is highly advantageous if you have knowledge and interest in IT as Muntra's product can be perceived as complex. You will receive onboarding and training in the product upon starting.
